How It Started — 1978

I started in real estate in 1978 with a local company in downtown Miami — as the young office manager of a 31-agent office. That early start taught me the business from the ground up: listings, contracts, people, and the neighborhoods themselves. Nearly five decades later, that foundation still shapes every appraisal I write.

I have spent more than four decades appraising residential property in South Florida — from starter homes to waterfront estates, from VA purchases to complex litigation assignments. That depth of market experience is what I bring to every file: the ability to recognize what truly drives value in a neighborhood, to select the right comparables, and to support every adjustment with market evidence.

A Career Built on Credibility

My practice is built on a simple standard: USPAP-compliant, defensible work, communicated clearly. Lenders, attorneys, and homeowners rely on my reports because the analysis behind them is transparent — every material conclusion is supported, explained, and open to review. I have enhanced my analyses with modern statistical methods, including regression analysis, while keeping every professional judgment firmly my own.
